Quality and Testing

Quality control is very stringent and each and every manufactured cabinet is checked in detail and the check lists are made. It is a multi-tier checking of the quality to ensure zero defect.

We are proud to say that once quality checked, our products are taken directly on line without additional quality check.

Sheet steel, zinc coated sheets, aluminium sheets are used to make cabinets to house electronic equipment used by Telecom Industry for their cell towers.

Stainless steel sheets / galvanized sheets are used for manufacturing UPS panels of different ratings.
Electrical switchboards are routine tested as per norms and type tested on various ratings or as per customer's requirement.
Automotive components are made in the Press Shop after using dies on different press machines from 5-ton to 200 ton capacity and samples undergo detailed testing.
