The Drawout Type MCC Panel, also known as (Drawout Trolley with Drawable Module, With-drawable Trolley, or With-drawable MCC), is available in sizes specified in multiples of 100mm, with the minimum trolley size being 200mm (M2). The motor feeder ratings determine the dimensions. The carts are placed in a multi-tiered vertical configuration. Each vertical may accommodate up to 9 7.5 kW DOL starter modules. Individual motor controllers of up to 160 kW/215hp may contain ordinary trolleys. The maximum feeder size is limited to 900mm (M9) to guarantee ease of handling and appropriate trolley alignment.

The trolleys may be equipped with door interlocking and pad-locking mechanisms as an added safety feature. The panel chassis's modular architecture enables easy site modification and expansion. The design guarantees that pullout modules of the same size are completely interchangeable. The trolley equipped with the spare feeder components in the MMC is, therefore, completely convertible on-site.
